We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't satisfied, you can return your print within 14 days.

Refunds
Refunds are offered within 14 days of receiving your products; to customers that are unsatisfied / have received the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at kolapo.sowole@icloud.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will happily amend your order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or missing refunds

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like to process a return you may do so, at which point you would have to make the new purchase from the website.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at kolapo.sowole@icloud.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!
Shipping
We aim to deliver the work of art swiftly!
All art prints are shipped via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery. Once your art has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
